Account and login
Use Forgot password to reset your password. If you don’t see our email, check spam and promotions folders. Keep your email address current in your profile so we can reach you about orders and security.
Orders and billing
For shop purchases and receipts, sign in and open My account → Orders. Membership and subscription details appear in your account or profile. Card or bank charges may list our payment processor’s name on your statement. For charge disputes, you may also contact your bank or card issuer under Regulation E or Regulation Z, as applicable.
Privacy requests (U.S.)
California and certain other U.S. state residents may have rights to access, delete, or correct personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Submit a request through the form below or email us if shown; we will verify your identity as required by law.
Technical issues
If media won’t play or a page fails to load, try another browser, disable extensions temporarily, and check your network. If the issue continues, contact us with your browser name, device type, and what you were doing when it failed—screenshots help.
Contact us
You can email us directly: support@hostyler.com
We aim to respond to most messages within three to five (3–5) U.S. business days. Complex billing or technical issues may take longer. For emergencies posing immediate danger, contact 911 or your local emergency services—we cannot provide emergency assistance through this form.
Legal and policies
See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for rules, limitations, and how we handle personal information.
Response times are goals, not guarantees. Chargebacks and payment disputes may also be governed by your card network rules and U.S. consumer protection laws—contact your financial institution when appropriate.
